Keep me cool Avocado Balls ( Veggan) Apetizer















Avocado balls

Avocado very versatile Fruit makes it one of my favorite foods to play with, inspired by My New Wok something simple low calorie and Healthy. The good thing about it is that you can add your own variation.




1 Avocado
1 small red Onion or shallot
1 Plum Tomato
1 teaspoon Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce Kosher Salt
1 splash of Lime or Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Chop the avocado and red onion in small chunks. Add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic lime juice and kosher salt mix in the tomato with a spoon shape in to hand size balls roll in toasted sesame seeds enjoy! serve over slice cucumbers.

Big Chocolate Chip Cookies (Photo not Available)

This is best Recipe for Chocolate cookies

2 cups and 1/4 Flour

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt


1 tablespoon baking soda


3/4 cup Cocoa powder

1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar

2 Large Eggs

1 tbs Vanilla

2 Stick unsalted butter at room temperature

2 cups Hershey chocolates Milk and Dark

1 cup almonds

1/4 cup walnuts and almonds if desire

1 cup White chocolate Chunks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line baking sheets with parchment or silicone baking sheets.

Put the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt into a bowl and stir. Using a hand mixer, beat butter until creamy consistency. Add sugars and beat until fluff. Add the eggs 1 at a time and beat, Add the vanilla. Add the flour at low speed. Stir in the chocolate. Drop by 2 tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the cookies are lightly browned around the edges, about 12 to 15 minutes.


Let the cookies cool completely Enjoy!

Crusty Italian Bread with Sun Dried Tomatoes Pesto




















Crusty Italian Bread with Sun Dried Tomatoes Pesto

Long Italian crusty bread

Olive Oil

1 Jar of Summer's Choice Sun dried Tomatoes Italian Pesto

1 yellow/ green/ red peppers cut in to small square strips

1 white Onion

1 cup freshly Shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon crushed Garlic paste

3 or 4 slices of thick smoked bacon



Chop bacon in to small squares add to pan or skillet fry
until a nice crunch and browned place on paper towel drain set a side. Add the peppers strips and onion with a tbs of oil. Add Garlic paste cook until the onion is transparent and the peppers are cooked around 5 min set a side.

Cut the Bread in Slanted Angle with olive oil place on top of Grill. Spread a thin layer of the Italian Pesto over bread and layer with Parmesan Cheese add the Veggies on top with bacon. Sprinkle More Parmesan on top.

This painting was done 18" by 24" in Gouache Cardinal and Blue J the grain effect by the watercolor medium towards the sky looks very intriguing.
