“Perfect illusion” My version in acrylics
Van Huysum 1723 and 18 century. Titled this work “perfect illusion” excelling in elaborate still life's like this one. The artwork was done to fit in to the miniature, using artistic license, adding some modern colors to the picture.

“The long slumber”
Very happy to introduce the new miniatures oil paintings, this one in particular is a 2.5” by 3.5”of two kittens taking a nap, very interesting, because of the way these two kittens are portrayed in a simple moment, and in a miniature style, this proves also how versatile working in miniature art is. This also teaches us, how different techniques can also be incorporated in to a miniature, and not just leaving it out for a single subject.
With hopes that you learned to love, and appreciate this works as many have, which is an awesome way of doing art, thought also would be a good example for those who are starting out doing miniature works.

One of my favorites recent miniature painting, measures 2.5” by 3.5” probably would look even nicer and all abstract like in a larger scale.

Artwork Drying happily the measures are 9” by 12” The admiration for the maker of this painting grew a couple years ago with this beauty. He’s pastel colors are hard to miss if not careful. He truly was a master of color. The sentiment given to he’s models as well as the poses chosen, gives one the story. Hope that with each stroke the little painting bring a closer look in to the heart of the viewer. You also can admire, The Master Carrier.

Miniature 2.5” by 3.5”
Awesome week a head, presented the new art prints, and for the first time did a series of sketches with just ink.
This one is a very special one, from Leonardo Da vinci who’s amazing skill is incomparable. Took note at the master interesting miniature sketches…
Size is 2.5” by 3.5” The miniature lets me revise where could be improving, as well as position test, colors etc.

Chocolate came a long” directly from secret stash! sweet as it can be… unwrapped in a smooth but creamy center… and there you have it …
My favorite ACEO for this week is of a rooster with a peculiar character, and realistic eyes.
Titled “handsome”
The ACEO was made from dark to light as the entire canvas was covered, highlight's where last to be applied.
Noticed how is taking form, but still not satisfied it has a long way to go in my opinion, letting it dry, and continue working with others.
Holding on for so long with this little painting, thought on making justice today and finish it. Hope you enjoy the music…the camera angle is slanted, the idea was to bring up the lights as white as possible using paint straight from the tube.
