Today Breakfast is all about protein, Lets call it fritatta with a twist, because the eggs are scrambled. filled with proteins that helps keeps you satisfied for a long period of time.
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup Spinach
1/3 Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs or Whites
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 tab Olive Oil
I used a low calorie Whole Wheat Tortilla half of it.
1 cup of coffee and creamer with Truvia No calorie Sweetener.
I'm always ranting about the importance of exercise, at least 30min a day, will keep you Young and Ravishing! wile proteins like eggs and spinach will give you iron for strength always listen to your body drink water and make sure to take Multivitamins.
If you like, you can substitute the eggs, for egg whites and the coffee for tea, there's always a healthier choice!. Remember to treat your self always with kindness".
